The Powerware Gold Plan Plus provides up to five years of bumper-to-bumper service with expedited
response, plus the added convenience of on-site system startup. The Gold Plan Plus delivers added
assurance that your UPS has been installed properly and is operating as designed to protect your critical
equipment and information.
The Powerware Gold Plan Plus includes:

• On-site startup. Our authorized Eaton representative:
• validates the installation integrity of your UPS
• performs a full mechanical inspection of the system components
• performs initial on-site startup and verifies UPS operation
• verifies system software parameters
• verifies bypass operation (if applicable)
• provides basic operational training for site personnel
• Comprehensive coverage for the entire UPS, including standard batteries
• Toll-free number for Gold Plan Plus technical support
• Replacement UPS or module delivered to your location by overnight carrier
• Original UPS or module picked up from your locations
• All freight paid by Eaton
