7. BAIN MARIE

The trough of the bain marie is welded into the top plate
and has no joints and large radii. The trough and top plate
consist of stainless chrome nickel steel. Supports
available as accessories can be used to had containers in
the water bath and permit a large number of combinations
of various GN containers. The GN containers can also be
placed without holders in the water bath. The perforated
