Vial Jam Problems (G1289/G1290 only)

In certain situations, vials will jam when the unit attempts to drop one vial on
top of another in the oven or tries to place a vial in the sample tray when a vial
is already in that location. Vial jam problems can also result from misalignment
of the robotic arm or oven carousel. This may cause the motor for the oven
carousel or the robotic arm to jam.
