Call-and-park stations
1 The call positions have been correctly set.
2 The park positions have been correctly set.
3 The control buttons operate correctly.
4 All bolts and nuts are tight.
Other
1 If the chairlift is not visible from where the call-and-park stations have been installed,
convex mirrors have been installed.
2 The chairlift is clean and looks tidy.
3 There are no packaging materials or tools in the area around the chairlift.
4 A test ride has been completed.
5 The user has received instructions about the use of the chairlift.
6 The user has read and understood the user manual.
7 The user knows how to switch on and off the chairlift.
8 The user knows how to operate the chairlift using the armrest unit and the call-and-park
stations.
9 The user knows how to use the safety belt.
10 The user knows how to use the safety devices.
11 The user knows how to charge the batteries.
12 The user knows how to maintain the chairlift.
13 The user knows how to rectify simple faults.
14 The user knows how to make a test ride.
15 A backup of the memory card has been made and the memory card has been placed in
the rail end cap.
After the test drive, the lift is fully installed and ready to be used by the customer. Explain the lift to
him/her, hand out the user manual, and relevant telephone numbers to call in case of questions or
issues.
