Table – frying times
This table provides details of the temperatures at which specific foods must be
deep-fried and the deep-frying time required. If these details differ from those
shown on the packaging of the food to be deep-fried, please observe the instruc-
tions provided on the packaging.

The values given in the table are intended for guidance. They refer to a
