Description
Connect a second party to a third party after the third party answers and agrees
to take the call from the second party.
Connect a second party to a third party before the third party answers.
To perform a consultative transfer:
In a call with James, James asks Bryant to transfer him to Jordan. Press the TRANSFER
key on the phone; James is put on hold and Music on Hold is played to him. You hear a dial
tone and the TRANSFER TO field opens.
Enter Jordan's number as shown above and then press the Dial softkey; Jordan's phone
rings and Jordan answers.
