Front compartment
The brake fluid reservoir is located in the
frontcompartment on the right hand side as
viewed in the direction of travel.

Checking the brake fluid level
> Perform a visual check of the container.
The fluid level must lie between the MIN and
MAX marks.
• If the level is slightly below the MIN mark,
take your car to a qualified specialist
workshop, e. g. a smart center.
• If the level is significantly below the MIN
mark, call a breakdown recovery service,
e. g. smartmove Assistance or a qualified
specialist workshop, such as a smart cen
ter.
