To enter a password with letters on a Polycom telephone, follow these steps:

1. Identify the letter you need to enter.
2. Use the corresponding number key on the phone's keypad.
3. Press the number key multiple times to cycle through the available characters (similar to texting on older mobile phones).
4. If a lowercase letter is needed, use the navigation or arrow button to switch character modes before selecting the letter.
5. Repeat for each letter in the password.

For example, to enter the letter "F":
- Press the "3" key three times to scroll through the characters until "F" appears.

This method allows you to enter alphanumeric characters when required.
