Telephone data service
You can use your telephone to control computers connected to your system
or programs running on them, for example hotel services or information sys-
tems.

You can alternate between two existing calls.
Trace call (only if requested from the carrier, not for U.S.)
You can have the carrier identify malicious external callers.
Transfer trunk
You can provide an undialed external trunk to another party for dialing an ex-
ternal number.

If you want to use features such as consultation hold over analog lines, you
must send a signal to the line before dialing the number.
UCD (uniform call distribution)
You can distribute calls in a team. An incoming call is always assigned to the
team member (agent) who has had the longest break without a call.
You must log on and log off with the system at the beginning and end of
work.
During working hours you can indicate to the system that you are available/
not available, for example for break periods.
If you need time to complete paperwork resulting from your current call be-
fore activate/deactivate a period of work time for the last call.
You can activate/deactivate a separate night answer service for ACD; this
is not subordinate to the system night answer service.
You can check the number of waiting calls for the team.
