Xerox provides several automatic diagnostic utilities to help you maintain productivity
and print quality.
Control Panel Messages
The printer control panel provides information and troubleshooting help. When a fault
or warning condition occurs, the control panel displays a message informing you of the
problem.
Available Information Pages
Information pages provide important details to help you troubleshoot issues or analyze
printer use. You can print information pages from the printer control panel.

To access the Information Pages:
1. At the printer, press the Menu button.
2. Press the Down arrow button, and select Information.
3. Press the Right arrow button.
4. Press the Down arrow button, and select Information Pages.
5. Press the Right arrow button.
Online Support Assistant
The Online Support Assistant is a knowledge base that provides instructions and
troubleshooting help to solve your printer problems. You can find solutions for
print-quality problems, paper jams, software installation issues, and more.
To access the Online Support Assistant, go to www.xerox.com/office/3330support.
