12.1.4 Paper Feed Failure

Phenomenon
The printer cover is
not closed properly

Cause Check Method
Check connection of the
motor connector
Check the battery
display of the LCD
Check mounting
condition of the platen
Check whether or not
the paper is jamming or
torn and caught in the
paper path
Remedy
Close the printer cover
properly
Connect the motor cable
to connector correctly
Replace the Mechanism
Unit
Charge the battery
Replace the Main Logic
Board Unit
Mount the platen properly
Eliminate unnecessary
paper in the paper path
and set paper properly
Eliminate the foreign
substance
If the gear is broken,
replace the Mechanism
Unit
Please contact a dealer
for repair
Place the paper label to
target at the current
Check the De-curl
switching lever and set it
OFF.
