Perform Refill procedure for a smaller amount
or add funds to your Postage by Phone account.
LAN: Check connections to your network.
PCMC: Check PC connection and that PC is on.
Wi-Fi: Check access point is working OK.
Check PC's on your network connect to internet.
Accept the request to connect. Your system will
connect to the data centre and perform the
necessary data uploads and checks.
Select a lower postage amount or perform a refill to
add funds to the system.
Press Clear/Back and repeat Refill procedure with a
smaller postage amount.
