3. Can I receive a text message (SMS) when my Security
Alarm goes off? Yes. Text messages are a convenient
and quick way to receive notifications. You can manage
your notifications by going to the Mopar Owner Con-
nect website (moparownerconnect.com) and log in
with your username and password. Once there, you can
click on "Edit Profile", then the "Notifications" tab to
add, remove and edit your notification options.

Stolen Vehicle Assistance

If your vehicle is ever stolen, this App (with your permis-
sion) can provide its location to the law enforcement to
help them track it down.
Description
If your vehicle is stolen, contact local law enforcement
immediately to file a stolen vehicle report. Once this report
has been filed with law enforcement and you have also
notified Uconnect Care that you have filed the report,
Uconnect Care can help locate your vehicle. The Uconnect
Care Agent will ask for the stolen vehicle report number
issued by local law enforcement. As long as your vehicle
has an operable 1X (voice/data) or 3G (data) network
connection, the Uconnect Care Agent may be able to locate
the stolen vehicle and work with law enforcement to help
recover it. The Vehicle must have an operable 1X (voice/

data) or 3G (data) network connection and must be regis-
tered with Uconnect Access with an active subscription
that includes the applicable feature (Vehicle must be within
the United States, have network coverage and must be
registered with Uconnect Access with an active subscrip-
tion that includes the applicable feature).
Stolen Vehicle Assistance is a secure process that can only
be done with your permission. Law enforcement gets
involved only after you file a stolen vehicle report with
them.
How It Works
1. If your vehicle is stolen, contact local law enforcement as
soon as possible. They will work with you to file a stolen
vehicle report.
2. Next, inform Uconnect Care that your vehicle has been
stolen. Uconnect Care can be reached by calling:

The Uconnect Care Agent will ask for the stolen vehicle
report number (as issued by your local law enforce-
ment). If you have downloaded the Uconnect Access
App, you can push the "Operator" button on your
device and select "Uconnect Care" to make the call.
