Shut off the power supply.
Can you rotate the fan by hand?

Check the wiring of
fan motor. OK?

Measure the voltage for the
fan motor from the main
PCB refer to the
Appendix 1. OK?

Replace the fan motor. OK?

When indoor fan speed remains too low (300RPM) for certain
time, the unit will stop and the LED will display the failure.
