3.5 Low Battery Notification Settings

Your VisionPlate will notify you when your battery level is low.
There are three user-selectable methods of notification, as follows:
Audible Warning: The VisionPlate will beep when the battery level is low, until the AC adapter is
connected.
Popup Message: The VisionPlate will display a popup message notifying you of the low battery
condition.
Power Off: No notification is provided. The VisionPlate will automatically shut down.
The notification method can be changed by doing the following:
1. Using the stylus, tap the tool icon.
2. Tap the Power Supply tab, and then tap Modify.
3. From the Low Battery menu, select one of the three notification methods.
4. Tap OK.

3.6 Installing and Removing PC Cards

The VisionPlate supports one Type I or Type II PC card.
3.6.1 Installing a PC Card
To install a PC card, do the following:
1. Open the cover of the PC card slot.
2. Insert the PC card into the slot.
