Call Diversion

Either can a Soft key, Hot key, or Multifunction button can be preprogrammed with a
short cut to the "Call diversion" function. Refer to
Internal/External calls
All calls; internal calls, external calls, calls when busy, or calls at no answer can be diverted
to another phone number. The diversion is made via the Calls menu > Call services >
Divert calls. See
