Power Supply (LVS) Replacement

To remove and replace LVS:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
WARNING: You must remove all power from luminaire before performing maintenance. Fixture
may be very HOT after operation. Allow it to cool completely before performing any maintenance.
Step 2. At enclosure, remove two 6-32 x 1/4" LG PPB screws from display side cover and remove
cover.
NOTE:
Drawing exploded for clarity.
Step 3. At power supply, disconnect wiring (Including ground wire - ground wire, green/yellow AC
ground wire, is a ring terminal. You remove the screw to remove ground wire):
Step 4. Remove one 6-32 x 3/8" LG PPZ screw. Note, this is the same screw mounting FAN DC
regulator board.
Step 5. Loosen two 6-32 x 3/8" LG PPZ screws and slide LVS towards upper enclosure fan to
remove.
Step 6. Replace by performing previous steps in reverse order.
