Fan Regulator Board Replacement

To remove and replace fan regulator board:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
WARNING: You must remove all power from luminaire before performing maintenance. Fixture
may be very HOT after operation. Allow it to cool completely before performing any maintenance.
Note: To determine which yoke leg is which without having to remove the covers, rotate yoke
counterclockwise until it stops, then look at the luminaire while facing the input panel. The tilt-side leg
is the leg to the left; the board-side leg is the leg to the right.
Step 2. At board-side leg, remove yoke leg cover by removing four 6-32x3/8" PTB screws.
CAUTION: Always use anti-static precautions when working with PCBs.

Step 3. Remove MCB by following removal instructions
Replacement" on page
Step 4. Disconnect wiring from Fan Regulator Board.
NOTE:
Drawing exploded for clarity.
Step 5. Remove two 4-40x1/4" PPSS screws and remove board.
Step 6. Replace in reverse order.
