Frost / Prism Assembly Replacement

To remove and replace frost / prism assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
WARNING: You must remove all power from luminaire before performing maintenance. Fixture
may be very HOT after operation. Allow it to cool completely before performing any maintenance.
Step 2. Remove both head covers by loosening four quarter-turn captive locking screws on each
cover.
Step 3. At Frost/Prism assembly, disconnect all wiring and cut all cable ties. Make note of
placement (refer to photos and descriptions contained in
Cable Routing Reference" on page 35
Step 4. Remove four 6-32 x 3/8" PFZ screws and remove assembly from lens carrier.
Step 5. Replace in reverse order.
