Obligations of the studio operator
As the operator you are responsible for informing users on possible risks
of light applications and tanning.
All danger and safety labels attached to the device must be observed! Do
not remove them!
No safety equipment (e.g. panel switch) may be removed, deactivated, or
otherwise bypassed as it can impair the safe operation of the device!
The device may only be used when in completely operational condition!
It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the device is handled properly.
4.4
Staff training
As the operator you are obligated to train your personnel and instruct them in
the established legal and accident prevention regulations. Ensure that your
staff have understood and observe these instructions. This includes:
information regarding intended use and foreseeable misuse
safety instructions
operating instructions
cleaning and maintenance instructions

Please make the instructions and additional information from the manu-
facturer available to the staff at their workplace.

Regularly check your staff's safety consciousness of the risks, taking into
account your operating instructions.

Please ensure that the cleaning intervals are complied with, in particular
cleaning after every use.

Please ensure that your staff provide your customers with appropriate
advice, in particular regarding application and tanning times, possible
risks and the operation of the device.
