Function description

The primary technical components of a solarium are an artificial source of UV
radiation and a mechanical structure with a defined active surface.
Beauty Light lamps with a complementary light spectrum are located in the
door segments.
The Ergoline Balance signifies especially mild and gentle tanning. The new
Hybrid Technology makes this possible, by combining sunlight with regenera-
tive Beauty Light. Sunlight has many positive effects on the body. UV-A en-
hances the blood flow properties and UV-B activates the body's own produc-
tion of Vitamin D. Additionally, UV generates natural protection against the
sun and enables the skin to develop an attractive tan. Long wave light im-
proves the blood circulation and oxygen supply to the skin, which allows for a
beautiful tan even with a low UV dosage. It also stimulates the body's own
regeneration of skin cells and thus preserves their youthful freshness.
Combining the different lamp types serves to alleviate the side-effects of UV
radiation, for example, dry skin and the typical UV odour.
