OTP.
00 : Invalid. LS7 RAM is inaccessible.
01 : Request to allocate LS7 RAM to Zone2.
10 : No request for LS7 RAM
11 : No request for LS7 RAM when this zone is UNLOCKED. Else
LS7 RAM is inaccessible if this zone is LOCKED.
Value in this field gets loaded from Z2OTP_GRABRAM[13:12] when
a read is issued to address location of Z2OTP_GRABRAM in USER
OTP.
00 : Invalid. LS6 RAM is inaccessible.
01 : Request to allocate LS6 RAM to Zone2.
10 : No request for LS6 RAM
11 : No request for LS6 RAM when this zone is UNLOCKED. Else
