TROUBLESHOOTING
Is the high-limit
thermostat tripped?
YES
Reset (Figure 38, page
52) and determine
why it tripped – excess
grease buildup, etc.
Are both blower motors moving air?
YES
Check in Test Mode - see page 14, 29
for Touch.
Are either of the heaters defective?
Check in Test Mode - see page 14,
NO
29 for Touch.
Replace the defective
heater(s).
Verify the solid state
relay is not shorted
across output.
F9: CC TEMP (Cook Cavity Temperature High)
If this fault frequently occurs,
- Ensure the oven is cleaned daily (see pages 5-6).
- Determine if large amounts of grease-laden food are being cooked, and if
so, recommend smaller portions per cook cycle.

Replace the
solid state
relay.
Replace the I/O Control
Board (SAGE).
