The F3 MAG CUR (Magnetron Current Low) error on the TurboChef Sota oven indicates that the magnetron is not drawing enough current, which suggests a problem with microwave generation.

Possible causes and fixes include:
- Burnt transformer coils: Visually inspect the transformer for burn marks or a burning plastic smell. Replace if damaged.
- Metal fragments in the oven: Remove the rack and check for metal debris like steel wool fragments using a magnet. Clean out any metal to avoid microwave issues.
- Burnt relays: Inspect relays for burn marks. Replace if they show signs of overheating.
- Faulty fan or blower: Check fan blades and blower propellers to ensure they are not seized. Repair or replace if necessary.

After addressing these issues, restore power and test the oven to confirm it heats sandwiches properly.
