Step 1 Enable IGMP snooping globally.

[SwitchA] igmp-snooping enable
Step 2 Create a multicast VLAN and enable IGMP snooping in the multicast VLAN.

Create a multicast VLAN and enable IGMP snooping in the multicast VLAN.
