Make sure your calls are Set up a multiple-party
covered while you are telephone meeting
away from your desk. without leaving the office.
There are three types of Call Forwarding:
Call Forwarding When Not Answered
Calls ringing your phone forward when you don't answer.
Call Forwarding When Busy or Not Answered
Calls ringing your phone forward when you don't answer or
while you are busy on another call.
Call Forwarding Immediate
All calls to your phone forward immediately.
To set up or cancel Call Forwarding:
1. Press

2. Dial the Call Forwarding type:
= Cancel Forwarding
0
= Busy/No Answer

= Immediate
4
= No Answer
6
= Personal Answering Machine Emulation

and dial
