4. LEARNING RADIO DEVICES
From the Main Menu display select
Press ENTER again and the display will prompt you to "Trigger the

The display will show the device type and it's 8 digit ID number (see note at the bottom of this page).
If this is the device you activated press the  key to select

Use the  keys to select each digit of the flat/room number and the   keys to move between digits then press the
ENTER key.
Press the  key and the display will show  No Location
within the dwelling (see table below);

Press the  key and the display will show
If additional text is entered here (e.g. the persons name) it will be displayed along with the device type, dwelling type and
location when an alarm call is made.
Press the ENTER key then press the &  keys together to clear the
Use the  keys to enter the first character, select from 0‐9 A‐Z SPACE.
Use the   keys to move between characters. Press the ENTER key when done.
If a device is connected to the OUTPUT SOCKET then set  O/P Off Time:000 
This is the time in seconds that the device will switch on/off during an alarm.
To exit the mode press the  key to select  Exit 
Note: make a record of the device type & ID allocated to each resident on the back page of this booklet. Should a device be
lost, this record will simplify its removal from memory – see section 6.
