13.1.3. RECOMMENDED GOOD PROCEDURE
After the laser system is turned off, it is recommended to wait a minimum of 30 seconds before turning it
on again. This action allows the capacitors to discharge to an acceptable level before power is applied
again.
13.1.4. TECHNICAL DATA AND QUALITY CONTROL AND PRODUCTION
CHECKLIST
These checklists are a summary of the "Scheduled maintenance" points and they provide useful
information about the laser system status. At the end of the instructions in the "Maintenance Schedule" in
section "Preventive maintenance" gives an example of Technical Data checklist and another example of
Quality control and production checklist. The forms are intended for use by Distributor Service
Technicians. The forms must be completed by the service technician once laser system testing has been
finished, and they should then be filled with the laser system records.
13.1.5. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS DOCUMENTS
The maintenance instructions that describe the correct procedure on how to perform various
maintenance tasks on LM-C300 S/P are found in the following sections of this manual. These
instructions are created as basic document, which can be removed and copied to be used separately.
