the cylinder in the lock fitting (including the door fittings (M)) and add 8 - 15 mm (ideally
10 mm) to the inside dimension to calculate the suitable standard dimensions.
Example: You measure an outside dimension (2) of 40 mm and an inside dimension
(1) of 40 mm as well. Therefore, the cylinder is a 40/40 cylinder. In order to use the
KeyMatic drive, you therefore need the next standard size, a 40/50 cylinder. The cylin-
der will then protrude inside by 10 mm (3).
