IP Subnet Mask
Gateway IP Address
Network Interface

Customer defined Route Name
The IP address want to forward to
Subnet Mask of destination IP
Gateway of the destination network
Routing network interface (auto / eth0 / ppp0)
Priority of the routes. The lower the metric value, the higher priority.
