5.2.1

Origin Settings

If you want to cut different shapes on the same media, you may use the
function of Origin Settings to reset the origin in order to avoid unnecessary
waste of materials.
To set origin, move the bullet point to Origin settings and press "Enter" key, the
settings will show as below. Use 4 arrow key to make it move to the position
that you want it to start, and press Enter to set the origin.
The Smooth function can contribute to construct smooth outline when cutting
or drawing circles or curves. If you want to cut curved lines, it is suggested to
enable the Smooth function to get a smooth cutting outline. If you need to deal
with complicated shapes, it is suggested to disable the Smooth function to
guarantee the quality of cutting result.
5.2.2

How to Cut a Shape via SD Card

Step 1
Prepare a material you want to cut.
Step 2
Go to main menu on the LCM and press Right or Left arrow key to
select the material that you want to use. The options include vinyl,
cardstock, flocked heat transfer, printable tattoo paper and magnet
(vinyl will be used as an example here). The according default
parameter value is listed under every material.
