deliveryoftheunits�
CIRCUTOR willrepairorreplaceanydefectivefactoryproductreturnedduringtheguarantee
period�
• Noreturnswillbeacceptedandnounitwillberepairedorreplacedifitisnotac-
companiedbyareportindicatingthedefectdetectedorthereasonforthereturn�
•Theguaranteewillbevoidiftheunitshasbeenimproperlyusedorthestora-
ge,installationandmaintenanceinstructionslistedinthismanualhavenotbeen
followed�"Improperusage"isdefi nedasanyoperatingorstorageconditioncon-
trarytothenationalelectricalcodeorthatsurpassesthelimitsindicatedinthe
technicalandenvironmentalfeaturesofthismanual�

partsoftheinstallation,norwillitcoveranypossiblesanctionsderivedfromapos-

-Poorventilationand/orexcessivetemperatures;
-Improperinstallationand/orlackofmaintenance;
-Buyerrepairsormodifi cationswithoutthemanufacturer'sauthorisation�
