4 Delivery and unpacking

The disk array equipment is shipped directly from HP. If the disk array is part of a system
order, HP coordinates shipment from all HP locations so that all of the equipment arrives
at your site at approximately the same time.
When your equipment ships, HP provides you with carrier information and an expected
delivery date. Factors beyond HP's control can cause delivery delays. If you have not
received your equipment within two weeks of its shipment from HP, contact your HP SR,
who will trace your order and expedite delivery.
CAUTION:
Before delivery, make sure your site meets the "Delivery space requirements".
