■ SET mode items
D Beep tone function "bP"
You can select slent operaton by turnng the beep tones
OFF, or you can have 2 types of confirmaton beeps sound
at the push of a key. When "ON" s selected, a fixed beep (P)
sounds, and when "US" s selected, the preset beeps (e.g.
do, re, m) sound.
• Beep tone synchronzes wth the volume level.
• The beeps sound durng call channel programmng even f ths
functon s turned OFF.

D Priority scan function "Pr"
The transcever has 2 scan types—normal (OFF) and pror-
ty (ON) scans. Normal scan searches all tag channels n the
selected channel group. Prorty scan searches all tag chan-
nels n sequence whle montorng Channel 16.

D Scan resume timer "St"
The scan resume tmer can be set as a pause (OFF) or tmer
scan (ON). When OFF s selected, the scan pauses untl a
receved sgnal dsappears. When ON s selected, the scan
pauses for 5 sec. after recevng a sgnal and then resumes
even f the sgnal has been receved.

The Auto scan functon starts the desred scan automatcally
when no sgnal s receved, and no operaton s performed for
30 sec.
