Chassis Installation

This chapter provides information on rack configurations and instructions for installing and removing the chassis and its
sub-components: the upper and lower fan trays and the Power Filter Units (PFUs).

shock, exercise caution when working within the chassis if one PFU is still cabled. To fully de-energize the PFU,
disconnect both power supply cables from each PFU. Beide Netzteile (Power Filter Units, PFU) haben 2
Stromversorgungsanschluesse (-48 VDC und RTN). Vorsicht is geboten bei Arbeiten am Chassis, solange noch ein
Netzteil verkabelt ist. Um die PFU komplett stromlos zu schalten muessen beide Kabel entfernt werden.
