Introduction

Delete CUCM trust lists

The information in this chapter is only relevant for video systems
that are registered to a Cisco Unified Communications Manager
(CUCM).

Sign in to the web interface, navigate to
CUCM
Certificates.
Delete the CUCM trust lists
Click
Delete CTL/ITL
As a general rule, you should not delete old CTL
(Certificate Trust List) and ITL (Initial Trust List) files.
In these cases, you must still delete them:
When you change the CUCM IP address.
When you move the endpoint between CUCM
clusters.
When you need to re-generate or change the CUCM
certificate.
Overview of trust list fingerprints and certificates
The trust lists' fingerprints and an overview of the certificates in
the lists are displayed on the web page.
This information may be useful for troubleshooting.
