FIN & RUDDER
NOTE: Make sure to have some sort of protective foam on the work bench. This will
protect the paint surface from unwanted dents. No play must be present. Mark √ each
step.
Fit horn to servo and centre servo. Make up rudder pull push pushrods.
Fit servo to bracket.
Make up rudder belcrank. Use Loctite to secure belcrank horn.
Secure pushrods to horns. Use safety clips.
Trial fit the rudder by inserting L—shape belcrank into rudder slot. Check that you
have no play.
Check left and right deflection. If happy secure fin. Route servo wires away tailpipe.
Note—Rudder and fin must be fitted before elevator.
