Electrical connection

Electrical connection
All work on the electrical
connection must be carried out by
Miele, a Miele-authorized technician
or a qualified electrician.
– The electrical installation must be in
compliance with national and local
codes.
– The dishwasher can be plugged into
an electrical outlet (the outlet must be
accessible after installation). This will
then make it easier to perform an
electrical safety check, e.g. during
repair or service work.
– If the dishwasher is permanently
wired to the electricity supply, a main
switch capable of disconnecting the
dishwasher at all poles must be
installed. This switch must have a
contact gap of at least 3 mm and
also be lockable in the Off position.
– For increased safety, it is
recommended to protect the
machine with a suitable ground fault
circuit interrupter with a trip current of
30 mA.
– If necessary, equipotential bonding
must be carried out.
– The power cord may only be
replaced with an original Miele part.
– For technical data, see the data plate
or the attached wiring diagram!
The dishwasher must only be operated
with the voltage, frequency and fuse
rating shown on the data plate.
70
This appliance can be converted to a
