    Disconnect and lock out electrical power. Close pneumatic shutoff valves and relieve pressures. Identify the reason for the malfunction and correct it before restarting the equipment.     Section 2 Description Introduction The Nordson Tribomatic II two-gauge control units provide pneumatic and electrical controls for Tribomatic II automatic powder spray guns. The control units consist of one or two control modules installed in a dual-module cabinet. The cabinets are normally installed in a standard 19-inch equipment rack.

    If you cannot solve the problem with the information given here, contact your local Nordson representative for help. Designations such as SW1 and U3 given in the troubleshooting procedures refer to components on the circuit board. Refer to the following illustrations for help in troubleshooting.
