    Auto-Flo II Automatic Dispense Valves Installation Standalone Dispense Valve 1. See Figure 5. Insert the dowel pins (10) into the dispense valve. Installation procedures are provided for standalone and manifold mount dispense valves. 2. Install the dispense valve to the applicable fixture (11) using the screws (4).

    Auto-Flo II Automatic Dispense Valves Select a Nozzle Nozzle selection depends on the type of material being dispensed, the desired bead size, and the production rate requirements. CAUTION: Lubricate the dispense valve threads with a lubricant that is compatible with the dispense material to prevent the nozzle nut from becoming glued to them.
