Abnormal points and detection methods
When the detected pressure in the high-pressure sensor is 1kgf/F or
less during operation, the compressor stops operation and enters into
an anti-restart mode for 3 minutes.
When the detected pressure is 1kgf/F immediately before restarting,
the compressor falls into an abnormal stop with a check code <5201>.
For 3 minutes after compressor restarting, during defrosting operation,
and for 3 minutes after returning from defrosting operation, above
mentioned symptoms are not determined as abnormal.
●Diagnosis of defectives
Make sure to turn the power OFF before connecting/disconnecting
any connectors, or replacing boards.
Check the wiring and connector connection.
Is there any abnormality such
as a disconnection, looseness or
breakage?
Check an internal pressure of the
refrigerant circuit.
Is the detected internal pressure
normal?
Check the detected pressure in 63HS,
then compare it with the internal pressure.
Is the detected pressure normal?
