Use this feature select the Row to Col Delay Range. The options are Auto, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
tRP
Use this feature to select the Ras Precharge Range. The options are Auto, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
tRAS
Use this feature select the Ras Active Time. The options are Auto, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34.
tRTP
Use this feature to select the Internal Read to Precharge Command Delay Time.
The options are Auto, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
tRRD
Use this feature to select the Minimum Row Active To Row Active Delay Time.
The options are Auto, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
tFAW
Use this feature to select the Minimum Four Activate Window Delay Time. The
options are Auto, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31,
32, 33, 34, 35, and 36.
tCCD
Use this feature to select the minimum amount of time between column opera-
tions. The options are Auto, 4, 12, and 18.
tWTP
Use this feature to select the Write to PreCharge Time. The options are Auto,
15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30.
tWCL
Use this feature to select the Write CAS Number. The options are Auto, 5, 6,
7, 8, and 9.
