4. Continue entering values for ITEM(3), ITEM(4), etc. The HP-18C
recognizes the end of the list when an item is left blank (no
value is entered).
Viewing and Editing the List
The
m
and
CD
keys move the list pointer up and down the list one
number at a time
.
m
and

CD
move the pointer to the beginning
and end of the
list.
Moving the list pointer does not affect the value
of the running total.
To change an incorrect number after
it
has been entered into the
number list:
1. Position the list pointer at the incorrect
value.
2. Key in the correct value and press

The correct value is
entered into the list, and the updated running total is
displayed.
To add a number to the bottom of the list, move the pointer to the
bottom of the list (press

and enter the new
value.
