Specify a domain name, such as a company domain name, and then limit e‑mail
destinations only to that domain name.
Note: You can only specify one domain.
Define the e‑mail server Web link settings.
Note: The characters * : ? < > | are invalid entries for a path name.
Specify the file format.
Note: PDF (.pdf) is the factory default setting.
Configure the PDF settings.
Notes:
•
1.5 is the factory default setting for PDF Version.
•
Normal is the factory default setting for PDF Compression. This menu
item appears only when a formatted, working hard disk is installed.
•
Off is the factory default setting for Secure PDF and Searchable PDF.
Secure PDF requires you to enter your password twice.
Specify the content of the original document.
Note: Text/Photo is the factory default setting.
