This blinking indicates that the firmware has started and usually
you will see it only once after powering up the device or after a
remote firmware update
SIM card problem (PIN protection is enabled, no communication
with SIM card, wrong or bad SIM card)
iSocket is upgrading firmware after you have sent FWUPDATE to
it. Do not switch off the power! Just wait
