ESP system
The ESP system is an anti-shock feature for CD playback.
To toggle ESP on or off (Remote controller only)
Press the ST./MON/ID3/ESP button when playing a CD ,the ESP legend will be displayed
when ESP is switched on.
Random play (Remote controller only)
Press the RANDOM button, "RANDOM" appears . All tracks on the disc are play in random order.
To cancel random play, press the RANDOM button again , "RANDOM" disappears.
Random play will not function during programmed play.

PROGRAMMED PLAy

Up to 64 tracks on a disc can be programmed for play in any order.
First, select "CD" function and load a disc that you want to programmed
The tracks must be programmed in the stop mode.
The same tracks can be programmed more than once.
1. Press the MENO/CLOCK /ENTER button (or MEMORY/CLOCK button on the remote controller).
2. Select a track by using the  or  button
3. Press the MEMO/CLOCK/ENTER button (or MEMORY/CLOCK button on the remote contro-
ller) to confirm.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 to programmed additional tracks
5. Press the PLAY/PAUES  button to start programmed play.
When all programmed tracks have been played, the player stops automatically
The programmed contents are retained in memory.
Any attempt to programmed more than 64 tracks will result first programmed number
appears and discontinuance of the programming.
Checking the programmed
In stop mode when MEMORY remains lit press the MEMO/CLOCK/ENTER button (or MEMO-
RY/CLOCK button on the remote controller) repeatedly, the programmed details sequentially
appear on the display.
