You can remove and install the hard disk drives without powering off the system. To
remove the removable media drives and bay, you must power off the system.

Hard Disk Drives

Caution – Use proper ESD grounding techniques when handling components. Wear
!
an antistatic wrist strap and use an ESD-protected mat. Store ESD-sensitive
components in antistatic bags before placing them on any surface.
The hard disk drives, HDD0 and HDD1, are located at the right front of the system
