Troubleshooting

Possible Cause
1. Loose cylinder cover screws.
2. Damaged seal.
3. O-rings on plunger
are damaged.
1. Loose air fitting.
2. Worn air fitting.
1. Damaged O-ring on piston.
2. Worn bumper.
1. Nail/staple is jammed in
magazine or discharge area.
2. Airl ine blocked/air pressure
too low.
3. Insufficient lubrication.
4. Worn or damaged O-rings.

3. Dirt and oil buildup on driver.
4. Exhaust port is blocked.
5. Worn or damaged O-rings.

incorrect size/type, or loaded

Solution
1. Tighten cylinder cover
screws.
2. Replace damaged seal.
3. O-rings must be replaced
(Page 18).
1. Tighten air fitting & use pipe
sealant tape.
2. Replace air fitting.
1. Replace O-ring (Page 18).
2. Replace bumper.
1. Clear magazine or discharge
area (Page 14).
2. Check for blockage/increase
air pressure.
3. Lubricate nailer (Page 17).
4. Replace O-rings (Page 18).
1. Check for blockage/increase
air pressure.

3. Disassemble, clean driver.
4. Clean exhaust port.
