This Quick Start Guide will guide you how to install and configure the TeleEye MX677-HD Network Camera for remote
video monitoring.

Camera Installation

Step 1.
Draw the framework and drill 4 holes on the wall for mounting the wall mount bracket.
Step 2.
Connect the wires as follow and lock the upper housing
Step 3.
Set in the PTZ Core and close the cover as follow.

  • Page 2 IP Setup Utility Step 1. After installing sureSIGHT and turning on the Network Camera, select the “Run TeleEye IP Setup Utility” from the windows start menu. Step 2. Search the target camera by its serial number, and changes the network settings of the camera on the right side of the window.
  • Page 3 Live Monitoring with Web-Browser Step 1. Open a web browser on a PC and type in the IP address of the Network Camera. Step 2. Select the connection type and input the password. [Note] The default password is “000000”. Step 3. Click the [Connect] button to connect the selected video stream.
  • Page 4 Live Monitoring with sureSIGHT Step 1. After installing sureSIGHT and turning on the Network Camera, select the “Run sureSIGHT Lite” from the windows start menu. Step 2. Input the password in the password dialogue box, and then click the button. (Skip this step if you are not upgrade from old version) [Note] The default password for administrator is “000000”.
  • Page 5 Step 4. Click on the target cameras by their serial number or site name, and click [Next>>] button.
  • Page 6 Step 5. Fill in all the site information and click [Next>>] button. [Note] the default password is “000000”.
