Symptom
Media is
wrinkled.
Data was
sent to the
machine, but
it doesn't
print.
It takes a
very long
time to trans-
fer scan data
to the USB
memory
device.
It is not pos-
sible to enter
Scan mode
or Fax mode.
Solving Other Problems
Cause
The media is moist
from humidity or hav-
ing water spilled on it.
The media feed roller
or fuser unit is defec-
tive.
Unsupported media
(wrong size, thick-
ness, type, etc.) is
being used.
An error message is
displayed in the mes-
sage window.
The response time
may be slow depend-
ing on the USB mem-
ory device that is
used.
An error has occurred
in Copy mode.
Solution
Remove the moist media and replace it
with new, dry media.
Check them for damage. If necessary,
contact Technical Support with the
error information.
Use Oki approved media.
Handle according to the message dis-
played.
Wait until the transfer is finished.
Correct the cause of the error, and
then enter a different mode.
